  • To ensure optimum performance, please ensure a stabilized power connection of Single Phase 230V - 50/60 Hz, complemented by a minimum 32 Amp supply and a circuit breaker.
  • Your partnership is essential. For the lift installation, we request customers to manage any required civil works. Additionally, should there be a need, please arrange for structural support on your end.
  • For those who require flexibility, we're happy to accommodate installation requests outside of standard working hours, subject to a nominal fee and our team's availability.
  • Our commitment to you includes a robust 1 Year warranty for motors, a 1 Year manufacturer warranty against rusting, and a 1 Year service warranty, provided the lift receives regular care and service by our trained Elite Elevators experts. Ensuring these conditions is the key to uninterrupted warranty benefits.
  • In the rare event of unforeseen external disruptions (Force Majeure), there may be reasonable extensions to our service timelines and costs. Should such an eventuality extend beyond 60 days, we assure you transparency and the option to terminate the Works without any obligations.
  • Rest assured; our operations uphold the esteemed legal standards of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. In the unlikely event of disputes, they will be judiciously addressed exclusively within Malaysia jurisdiction.
  • Any additional representations, warranties, or commitments made outside of this contract, in any form, will not be considered valid.
  • We understand that circumstances may change unexpectedly. To offer flexibility while maintaining efficient operations, our cancellation policy is outlined below:
    • Free cancellation with a full refund is available within 24 hours of receiving the quotation.
    • If the order is cancelled after 24 hours but before production begins, 25% of the total contract value or lift cost (whichever is higher) will be retained.
    • Once production has commenced, 60% of the total contract value or lift cost (whichever is higher) will be retained.
    • If the order has been prepared for dispatch, 85% of the total contract value or lift cost (whichever is higher) will be retained.
    • Upon completion of delivery, 100% of the total contract value will be chargeable.
  • Warehouse and Logistics Charges:
    • In the event that the customer wants to store the lifts at a warehouse after arrival at the seaport, all expenses related to transportation, loading, unloading, storage, handling, and any other associated activities shall be borne solely by the customer.
  • Disclaimer Regarding Third-Party Contractors:
    • To facilitate the smooth installation of elevators, our team may suggest local civil and electrical contractors who can assist customers in performing site modifications required for installation.
    • Please note that these contractors are independent third-party vendors, and their services are offered solely as a convenience to our customers. While we may share their contact details, our company does not endorse, supervise, or assume any responsibility or liability for the quality, safety, timeliness, or outcome of their work.
    • Customers are advised to engage with such contractors at their own discretion and to ensure all necessary due diligence before proceeding with any work.
