Hello, I am Jolin and I stay in Desa Park City. I was looking for a lift because I live in a house that is three stories high and there is no bedroom downstairs. So when my old parents came over to live, I have to think of a way for them to go upstairs.
And another thing I consider is also wheelchairs. So if the lift can bring the wheelchair up, it's also a very good point. That was why I was looking around for a lift and I found Elite Elevator.
From the Facebook, I saw the advertisement of Elite Elevator and I called them and the salespeople did a very good job describing how good the lift is. So I also looked for other alternatives to compare and finally, because of certain features, I chose Elite Elevator finally because I like its aesthetic and it has a lot of safety features that I was very concerned about because there was another model which is the platform type which I don't like. I like this with the whole cabin structure with an external shaft.
So when I first got the catalogue and looking into all the specifications and went to Elite showroom and had a real ride on their lift, I was very impressed by its sound system and the sturdiness. It's very smooth. I like the aesthetic because it complements the structure of my house.
It makes my house look more sophisticated. The ride is really smooth. It's not shaking at all.
It's very sturdy. It's very calm riding on it. I chose Elite Elevator because of its safety features.
It satisfies all my requirements when I compare it with other models. I would highly recommend it to my friends, my neighbours and whoever has any questions, I would recommend them to contact Elite Elevator for their model.
I'm Bepmi Narula and this is Dalip Narula. It's good to know that when electricity goes off, the lift can go down by itself. I think it's a good feature that it goes down to the ground floor and the door will open up so you won't get stuck in between.
I think the other feature also which is good if somebody is stuck you can still, the doors are halfway, you can open the door manually from the outside and that person can come out of the lift. And having a phone in the lift is probably a good feature to inform people if you're stuck. We don't have children or elderly in the house so we chose this lift because we had seen it in a few places and we thought it was yeah and also because it's a three-story house and we're also getting old so with that I think it'd be good you know when we are and our kitchen is on the ground floor so you know that would be good for us we can travel up and down.
It's very sleek, it's very beautiful, yeah it's nice. And I like the metal finishes you know compared to the others I mean that you don't find any cardboards or anything like that you know everything is pretty solid and I like the flooring as well as the upper part of it and it's more presentable you know because you know we are staying in Damasra Heights okay and you can see our home it's not like a lot of finishes you know and we wanted something also which would blend in into our surrounding as well you know and it will look nice so we are glad that it do blend in and when the door open or the lift you know it looks a presentable piece of lifting. My experience after understanding it is a house lift it's not a commercial lift okay and house lift it's pretty much it's quite smooth.
I think the reason why we chose Elite. And I also feel that the reason we went Elite one thing was made in Italy so we had the assumption that it would be very quality wise at the same time it was much more smoother than the other household lift which we have seen before. I would say they should go for it because as I was mentioning before it's smoother than the other lift and the and it's more presentable at the same time I'm sure they have a quality good people who will take care of the maintenance and all that.
The function of the elevator is almost the same as the commercial elevator, and it's quite user-friendly. And the safety, yes, it's quite safe. It's just like normal, when you enter to the shopping lift, the safety is there.
It's because of the elderly people, so we choose the elite elevator. Actually, it looks simple and nice. At first, there was a little bit of muscle handover.
After that, we adjusted it, so it's better. The design of the lift and also the size will be quite wheelchair-friendly, so it's better compared with other home lifts. Okay, compared with the market, the price is reasonable.
And the exterior, interior is better than the rest. But it's not like, it's only actually, the design is already there. But it's just custom-made, you can choose the floor, the wall, the control panel, that's all.
Well, we only installed the chair for about one and a half months. For this period, we found it very suitable for us, especially for seniors like us. I think we found it very convenient for us.

I think the design of the chair is quite suitable for us. And then the installation of the chair up and down is quite... I think for us to install this chair, the operation process, and then the service provided by the company. Well, actually, I intended to renovate a room downstairs for the convenience of all of us.
But secondly, I thought because the renovation of a room downstairs will cost a lot of basic things. So we have already stayed upstairs for quite some time. So we found that upstairs is more convenient for us and more comfortable.
So the second thought is I'm thinking of installing something like a lift or electric chair up and down to the first floor. I think it's too early for me to say how good it is, I think. But I'm sure that this kind of system is very suitable for senior citizens.
And then if any of my friends, I would strongly recommend them to install an electric chair. And then for the convenience of all, the seniors come in up and down on the staircase. Because this proves that safety is very important.
