I recently had the opportunity to experience Elite Elevators’ services, and I would like to share my feedback based on my interactions and observations.

Has been communicating with (customer relationship manager) Navien for my client’s lift. He’s been very efficient and helpful all this while. All the site visits and meeting was done on time.

Finally completed the installation of E200, after a long delay in shipment from Italy due to Red Sea disturbances and has to be rerouted. Thankful to Vijai Sethu for coordinatoring the progress of the lift delivery n installation, which was job well done. The installation was done by Krishnarao n team, which was done very professionally. On top of it got Mahesh to do the checking and collaboration of the lift together with Kevin for the handover. The job by Mukesh was done very well and explanation was very clear.
